Subscription fees for the “Ijro.gov.uz” and “E-Huquqshunos” systems for 2026 have been approved

According to the letter of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 30, 2025 (No. 07/53-4-21209), approving the price declarations (No. 07/53-4-2025/3 and No. 07/53-4-2025/4), and based on the order of “Unicon-Soft” LLC dated October 2, 2025 (No. 11), new subscription fees for 2026 have been established for the use of the “Ijro.gov.uz” and “E-Huquqshunos” information systems.

Accordingly:

For services provided by legal service centers to connect organizations receiving legal services to the “E-Huquqshunos” electronic system, including data storage and secure access, the monthly fee is set at 375,000 UZS (excluding VAT) per subscriber;
For operator services of the “Ijro.gov.uz” interdepartmental unified electronic system of executive discipline, the fee is set at 74,500 UZS (excluding VAT) per user.

These fees will take effect from January 1, 2026, and shall be applied by organizations using the services of “Unicon-Soft” LLC under contract, based on the number of subscribers.
