Today, developing the digital economy and improving public services through modern technologies have become key priorities for all countries in the region. In this regard, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are placing special emphasis on expanding their cooperation in the field of digitalization. This partnership is steadily evolving in a stable and productive manner.

The joint initiatives of both sides aim to enhance the efficiency of public administration, strengthen information security, and expand citizens’ access to modern electronic services. Such efforts help to build mutual trust and create a favorable environment for establishing a unified digital space in the region.

During the “Dushanbe Invest–2025” international forum held in Dushanbe, an agreement on cooperation was signed between the Open Joint-Stock Company “Centers for Electronic Signature, Public Services and Digital Program Development” under the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and “UNICON SOFT” LLC of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The agreement outlines cooperation in the following areas:
– development and implementation of electronic document management systems;
– creation of digital solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of government task execution in Tajikistan;
– gradual transition of Tajikistan’s state institutions to digital document workflows.

This agreement marks a new milestone in the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in the field of digital transformation and opens the door to new joint projects and initiatives.
