On July 25, 2025, Presidential Decree No. PF–117 titled “On Additional Measures to Strengthen Executive Discipline in Government Agencies and Organizations” was adopted.

To explain the contents and objectives of the decree to relevant personnel and to develop practical solutions for improving execution discipline, the Ministry of Justice organized a training and practical workshop.

The event gathered over 100 staff members responsible for execution control from national executive authorities, local administrations, and economic associations. Nearly 500 additional participants joined via videoconference. During the seminar, the Accounts Chamber and the Ministry of Justice reviewed the work carried out in this field, identified key shortcomings, and outlined future plans.

Experts from “UNICON SOFT” provided a detailed overview of the new technical mechanisms to be introduced within the “Ijro.gov.uz” electronic system. The session concluded with an open discussion of current user challenges, and participants agreed to collaborate continuously to enhance and improve the platform.
